- Defective Products: We offer a 2-day return period for products with manufacturing defects. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify the delivery person immediately and provide an unboxing video of the sealed package. This video is required to process your return request.
- Incorrect Description: If the product received does not match the description or image on our website, please notify us within 24 hours. The packaging must remain intact and sealed for us to consider the complaint.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind or accidentally place an order, you can request a return within 24 hours. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Special Offers and Discounts: Items purchased during special offers, discounts, or campaigns are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Product Condition: Items that are scratched, dirty, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
